The Crane Building, purchased over 40 years ago and still under the same ownership, is a unique, crane-served facility near downtown St. Paul and steps from the Mississippi River. The Crane Building is fully occupied by two long-term tenants.

Eagan Convenience Center

Eagan Convenience Center, located in the heart of Eagan right off of 35E, is a 17,586 square feet retail strip center. Currently, there are two available suites – 1,333 SF retail and 2,150 SF office / retail.

Edina Commerce Center

Many updates and upgrades have been made to the Edina Commerce Center since its purchase in 2016. Its now modern vibe and excellent location make it a much sought-after venue for new and established businesses.

Hale Avenue Business Center

Hale Avenue Business Center, an 85,000 square feet building purchased in 1999, offers flexible loading, high clear height and great access to interstate 694. Currently, there are four long-term tenants which fill out the building.

Hamline Park Plaza and Hamline Park Plaza Auto & Boat Storage

Hamline Park Plaza, a 38,000 square feet office building located in Saint Paul’s Midway area, was purchased in 2014. Hamline Park Plaza Auto & Boat Storage has an abundance of covered parking, which includes heated and unheated spaces, available for long-term lease. It is a short walk to both light rail and rapid bus transit. It also has meeting spaces that are available to the public for lease.

Prospect Building

One of the more recently purchased properties (2018), the Prospect Building is located in Osceola, Wisconsin, and has a single, long-term tenant. It is a 13,500 square feet building.

R&R Properties Building

This property is located in Kenosha, Wisconsin, and was built in 2003 and expanded in 2006 and 2007. It is a 138,000 square feet building that is leased long term to a division of ThyssenKrupp, a diversified industrial group.

Riverview Business Center

Riverview Business Center was purchased out of foreclosure in the fall of 2012. At the time of purchase, the property was 60% occupied and in need of improvements. In the first 24 months of ownership, a new roof and updated landscaping were installed.

Riverview Industrial Center

Purchased in 2014, Riverview Industrial Center is a 94,000 square feet industrial building. When the building was purchased, it was only 20% occupied but now is fully leased.

Southridge Business Center

Southridge Business Center was purchased in the winter of 2020 as part of a 1031 exchange. It is located on 4.74 acres in Mendota Heights, Minnesota, and is a well-cared for 53,956 square foot office / warehouse building.

Valley View Business Center

Valley View Business Center is a 90,300 square feet, 3 building, industrial complex located in Eden Prairie in the highly desirable Golden Triangle. It is a combination of office and warehouse space.

Located in New Hope, Minnesota, Victory Commerce Center is a 65,280 square feet industrial building currently leased long term by Victory Packaging, Architects of Packaging Solutions, based out of Houston, Texas.
