Your property will have exposure on Catylist.com.
Catylist is the main database used by commercial real estate brokers in the majority of the markets in which we operate. 
At owner’s option, The Terrace Group will provide prominent signage with the property-specific domain name highlighted.
You will receive a monthly report from us.
This report will detail the online activity our marketing efforts have generated, along with an update on current showings, proposals, etc.
