Ben has over 25 years of experience in consultative selling. Over that time, he has worked in a variety of industries including, technology, food service, medical, and commercial construction. The four years prior joining The Terrace group, his focus has been in data and analytics for commercial real estate. He now leverages his vast experience to assist his clients locate investment opportunities, find the best space for their needs, and maximize the marketing and ROI when selling their property. Ben’s underlying motivations are his enjoyment in working with people and his natural curiosity to understand complex issues, find solutions, and negotiate positive outcomes. In his free time Ben enjoys cooking, live music, and spending time with his family.
