Metro 94 Business Center was purchased in November 2022. The four-building portfolio totals 105,000 square feet on 7.8 acres and was built in 1990. It is located at Interstate 94 and Highway 10 in Saint Paul.

Minnetonka Corporate Center

This property was purchased in May 2021, and it is located in a well-established business park in Minnetonka, Minnesota. It is a 94,435-square-foot office / warehouse on 8.42 acres of land and is currently 100% occupied. It was acquired as part of a 1031 exchange.

North 101 Business Park

Located in the rapidly expanding area of Rogers, Minnesota, North 101 Business Park was purchased in April 2019.  It is a 120,079 square-foot, multi-use building located in the north / south artery through Rogers.

Prospect Building

One of the more recently purchased properties (2018), the Prospect Building is located in Osceola, Wisconsin, and has a single, long-term tenant. It is a 13,500 square feet building.

R&R Properties Building

This property is located in Kenosha, Wisconsin, and was built in 2003 and expanded in 2006 and 2007. It is a 138,000 square feet building that is leased long term to a division of ThyssenKrupp, a diversified industrial group.

Riverview Business Center

Riverview Business Center was purchased out of foreclosure in the fall of 2012. At the time of purchase, the property was 60% occupied and in need of improvements. In the first 24 months of ownership, a new roof and updated landscaping were installed.

Riverview Industrial Center

Purchased in 2014, Riverview Industrial Center is a 94,000 square feet industrial building. When the building was purchased, it was only 20% occupied but now is fully leased.

Southridge Business Center was purchased in the winter of 2020 as part of a 1031 exchange. It is located on 4.74 acres in Mendota Heights, Minnesota, and is a well-cared for 53,956 square foot office / warehouse building.
