Bob has worked in the maintenance field for the past 35 years. He worked as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician for 24 years, first in the Air Force working on F-15s and then in the commercial airline industry on 747s, 757s and DC9s.  Bob partnered with his wife Allison to form Simplified, LLC in 2005 and has provided maintenance management and repair expertise to both commercial and residential property owners. Bob’s knowledge of general construction, electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling systems gives him the ability to evaluate, direct and maintain all aspects of commercial and multi-family facilities.  Bob currently resides with his wife Allison in western Wisconsin.
